Apple Betty

You’ve made a fantastic dinner, everything is perfect, but then you realize you haven’t really planned anything special for dessert.  Do you go to the old standby of having ice cream or do you go for something that’s quick, easy, but appears to be time consuming.  Enter Apple Betty.  This apple betty recipe is super easy to put together, but has that homemade dessert appeal you were going after.  Personally, I like whipped cream on top at the end, but you can also make it a la mode with a nice scoop of ice cream.  Give this simple recipes a try, I’m sure you’ll love it.
