Adjusting your computer screen to a tilted position can protect against eye, neck and back strain, as well as reduce headaches and fatigue, ergonomic experts recently announced. The top of the screen should be at least 15 degrees below eye level and tilted back so the bottom of the screen is closest to you. This increases the range of comfortable head and neck positions, and can reduce eye strain. In addition, leave at least 30 inches between you and your computer monitor.
